I’m Charlotte DeMolay, real estate agent, sunshine seller
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Fine Arts, I worked for several years doing marketing and web design for real estate agents. Even though I completed the coursework for real estate, I took a break to raise my children. My passion for real estate never subsided.
I obtained my Masters in City and Regional Planning with an emphasis in Sustainable Development and worked for several years on the education side of sustainability. I also began investing in real estate during this time. Inspired by my oldest daughter, a real estate agent in Texas, I returned to the world of real estate full time.

When I’m not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy creating art, all things nature and being outside as much as possible. I walk the Gulf beaches almost daily and look for dolphins while kayaking both in the Gulf and the Intracoastal. I have an obsession with photographing alligators and have several favorite nature parks I explore.
My husband of 26 years and I spend our weekends biking, playing pickleball and exploring this paradise. On the rare colder or rainy day, we stay inside and play a game from our collection of strategy board games.
We have three children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law and one adorable grandchild. As recent empty nesters, we are both enjoying our alone time and pining for any visits we get from our far-flung crew!
